  1. Tap Admin → Charges & emails.

  2. Add extra items guests can request (rollaway cot, crib, parking…) with a price, or use Quick add. Tap Save extra items.

  3. Set the cleaning fee per stay, tax, check-in from and check-out by times.

  4. Write the visitor email wording: payment note, house rules, arrival instructions, welcome note and thank-you note. Tick Copy the resident if hosts should receive their visitor’s emails. Save.
